Did not arrive on scheduled, accepted date. Did a poor job of trimming the yard. Worst job I've had from LMO. Had better experiences in the past but with no guaranteed repeat business there's no investment from contractors.

Worker did not arrive at scheduled date but he sent a notification stating he would come the next day. The next day, it rained in the morning and did not show up nor indicate he would not be coming another day. He did come the following day and completed work but missed mowing a segment of the house on the east side of the driveway. I contacted him, he was courteous and apologized for the mistake and came the next day to complete 100% of the work.

Didn't arrive on scheduled day, which apparently this contractor does often compared to other reviews. Arrived at 8pm day after scheduled didn't edge around trees and left a mess.

Quality of work was just average; contractor didn't show up on agreed date

Good communication. Solid work. Would use again.
