Did you know lawnmowingonline.com has a new feature this year? We are auto approving orders that have not been aproved within 48 hours for the convenience of both our customers and contractors.  Keep in mind as a customer, if you would like to tip your contractor, please approve your order before the 48 hour auto approval.   

 

"Job has been accepted but I have not heard from my contractor.  What do I do?"

Send a message to the contractor!

After Login, click 'My Jobs'

Click on the Job you need to communicate with your contractor about

When you see your job details, simply scroll to the bottom of the page to find the message section.

 

"What time is my contractor coming?"

If you need to communicate with your contractor for any reason, we have a feature for that!

"The contractor did a great job, how do I add a tip?"  

Show them your gratitude by leaving a tip during the approval process after you review their hard work!   

 

"I need to cancel, how do I do that?"

While we hope you don't want to cancel your order, if you need to its easy and you will receive a full refund 

After Login, click 'My Jobs'

Click on the Job you need to Cancel or Dispute

Then click the Green Cancel Button or the Green Dispute Button.
