"Job has been accepted but I have not heard from my contractor.  What do I do?"

Send a message to the contractor!

After Login, click 'My Jobs'

Click on the Job you need to communicate with your contractor about

When you see your job details, simply scroll to the bottom of the page to find the message section.

 

"What time is my contractor coming?"

If you need to communicate with your contractor for any reason, we have a feature for that!

"The contractor did a great job, how do I add a tip?"  

Show them your gratitude by leaving a tip during the approval process after you review their hard work!   

 

"Customer wants me to do something I do not think is part of the order, can you talk to the customer for me?"

Contractors on LawnMowingOnline and not employed by LawnMowingOnline, they work directly for the customer, so just like if your boss asked you to do something that you do not believe is part of the job description, you would explain to your boss (or customer) why you do not think that should be part of the job and come up with a solution you both can agree on.  If the contractor refuses to complete the task, the customer may choose to not pay the contractor and cancel the order to choose another contractor.  

 

"I need to cancel, how do I do that?"

While we hope you don't want to cancel your order, if you need to its easy and you will receive a full refund 

After Login, click 'My Jobs'

Click on the Job you need to Cancel or Dispute

Then click the Green Cancel Button or the Green Dispute Button.
