They left an invoice in our mailbox explaining they couldn’t cut our backyard because the dog was outside but they would come back and cut the backyard next week. Totally fine and I understood. Problem is they never came back! It’s been 2 weeks. It hasn’t rained in a few days so it’s not because of weather. I couldn’t call them because their invoice didn’t include a phone number, I couldn’t find their company online and this website wouldn’t let me send a message to them since the company put this job down as Finished! We paid $60 just for our front yard to be mowed and now we have to pay more money for a different person to mow our backyard because it’s grown so much waiting for them to come back. We paid extra so a contractor would pick up our order fast. We gave them a $15 bonus on top of clicking all the options that gave them the most money. Our yard is not a $60 mow. If they are backed up then that’s totally fine but I have no way of communicating with them

They did a fabulous job on my yard! Would definitely use them again!
