While I did have to increase my bid to get service, I was satisfied with the service and would use this contractor again. The lawn was hand-mowed, which was a "plus". The service was provided early in the morning (7AM-8AM), so its hard to say if it should be done "that early", but I don't have a problem if my HOA doesn't have a problem with it. Thanks again!
