Came so late that they had to return the next day to finish. Left grass clippings so thick on parts of the lawn that I had to take it out so it wouldn't kill the grass. Cut way too short and scalped the lawn in areas.

From the gate, were communicative about when service would be rendered, professional in dealings, extremely thorough in caring for my lawn as though it were their own, and the result a very crisp cut that kept my wife from killing me.
