They did a great job with the mow and edge, but they also didn't come until two days after the due date. They also forgot to blow the clippings off my backyard porch, and didn't close the backyard gate securely.

Lots of missed areas in my backyard. Did not weed eat the walkway. Very unsatisfied!

Instructions sent to the contractor were ignored. Asked for grass to be mowed at 2 inch height. With some latitude one area was close but less than 2 inches. The remainder was cut to appx. 1/2 to maybe 3/4 inches. Some grass was not cut at all and grass clumps ( caused by mowing too low) were left on the lawn. Could have been blown away. I will pay this but with the adverse comments. It seems that the contractors hired by this company lack the ability to follow instructions. I would the contractor to respond and explain why the lawn was done in opposition to my instructions.

It was getting somewhat high so I know it took a little extra work, it was a little uneven in some places but not too bad. I appreciate your hard work!
