The work was done quite well and there was a definite willingness to go that little extra to do what extra services requested, the best way possible, if feasible. My ONLY concern is that I came home to my mailbox completely knocked over and I cannot tell if that happened while the job was being done, or if it was due to completely unrelated circumstances. Because I still don't know how that issue occurred, I'm only able to confidently rate the service level at 4-stars. Otherwise, I'd easily be comfortable rating this as full 5-star service! I was in the bathroom doing my makeup and heard a loud sound coming from outside, go to the window to check and one of my bathroom windows is busted!
