Decorian

This is a duplex shared between two tenants. The yard is equally both of ours and is not split in anyway. Only the half of the yard in front of our door was done, even though the square footage estimate includes the entire yard. So there is just half of the yard with cut grass and the other half is long.. the other tenant and I trade off paying for yard service so now I need to explain why only half of the yard is cut... Additionally, even though I paid for edge trimming, everything around our door was not trimmed and the grass is overgrowing. I have only a small problem paying because half of the yard was done and since it is a private/small contractor I do want them to get paid even if it was an awful job.
