Contractor did a fine job!

This is the worst mower I have ever had. He left two huge mounds of grass clippings on my yard. When mowing the small hill, he left deep cuts as if someone dug the grass out. Looks as if a 2 year- old child could do better! When I asked him to remove the clippings, he blamed it on me, insulted me, was rude and refused to remove the clippings. I couldn't understand why he was rude when my yard was the one left in a horrible condition! If I could leave no stars, I would!
