Didn't show up

There was no rain delay. They didn't show up scheduled day. I asked them if they would come the next day. They said yes and never showed up, again. I had to enter it as a dispute and then wait another 48hrs before grass was cut and then they did a bad job. They missed the sides along the fence of the backyard. Never hire again.
