There are a couple of spots near the edges where the grass looks a little long, but for the most part it looks very good.

The contractor obviously rush through the yard because he was late getting to it. There are 2 foot tall weeds still left, parts of the yard or not cut evenly, along the fence there are still bits of grass sticking up because it was trimmed poorly. This is disappointing this contractor has done work in the past that was great I'm not sure what happened.

Was mowed Way too fast with No concern over detail and quality. Their are clumps of grass and uneven cuts. cleanup was done poorly.

Despite some logistical issues, the work was done very well and quickly. I will definitely use this gentleman again.

I would have preferred having the work done on the day we requested and contractor agreed on. Instead they came the next day (Sunday) at 7am in the morning. I was annoyed being woke up early on a weekend and heard complaints from neighbors as well. I won't be using this service going forward because it is too difficult to coordinate a convenient time for all parties. Scheduling troubles aside, they did a good job mowing the lawn.

Even though trimming was purchased the contractor decided not to perform trimming at the property.

Agreed to release payment although job was only partially completed. Companies should not accept jobs on half-acre plus lot sizes without proper equipment.

He didn't do edging in my backyard even though I paid for it.

I understand that this is a cheap cut. I have a very large backyard that most people charge a lot more to cut than that price from this site. I however, do not appreciate receiving a comment that I received saying that the yard is not easy to cut and he has a family to feed, as an excuse to not trim the entire yard. I was also told that it would be an additional $7 to trim along the fence so I just tipped him $7 instead of my usual $12-$15. So overall nice cut even though the edging is incomplete in the back and the front along the front of the hedges.

The grass was mowed unevenly with longer pieces throughout the yard. I was not happy with the results.

wanted to let you know below itemes as feedback 1) Grass was not blown its there all over the lawn 2) Edges was not cut on the street side 3) I was expecting cut more deeper so that small grass also will cut ( as most of my lawn was very small height.

St. Augustine grass should be cut to 2" to stay healthy (that's what I asked for), but it was cut to 1". Great job on edging & trimming!

They left the yard looking neat and trimmed and even did the grass growing on the sidewalk which some others have not done. I would hire them again.

He came in and got started on lawn mowing. He did a good job on lawn mowing, edge trimming and blowing off the cut grass.
