I needed my lawn mowed WITH bagging....mainly to get the leaves up. He had some difficulties with his mower and was really concerned he had to use a back up mower without a bag (thus wouldn't be able to bag the clippings/leaves). He worked hard to fix it though and got up a TON of leaves, putting my yard in better shape than I had expected! I will definitely use this service again!

If you choose to do a bid job and he bids, take it! He was so nice and actually gave a shit about doing a great job instead of getting it done as fast as possible. I am so happy Henry took care of my yard. After having pneumonia and now cedar fever, my lawn was neglected. He made it look very nice again. He worked quickly and efficiently. Will be a return customer for sure!

The contractor completed the job in a timely matter and left the yard looking great. Thanks.

This contractor accepts jobs immediately after posting but then completes them whenever he feels like it. Many people, like us, choose mow dates for a reason. He does not honor the date chosen by the customer and does not contact them to let them know he's not coming. We had to contact him all 3 times to see why he wasn't at our house by the end of the scheduled mow date. He gave some excuse and said he would mow the next day, which sometimes turned into 2 days later. Also cut 3 cords/cables we had that were not hidden or in the middle of the yard. Since he accepts jobs immediately without checking the dates and does the jobs whenever he wants and we cannot seem to get another contractor through this service as he takes all the jobs, we won't be using it anymore.

A day late, lots of missed spots, heavy cut grass lines. Spring rye was a pain, but if it exceeded my estimate, I would gladly have added to tip for a completed job.

Contractor communicated he wasn't going to be able to make the day I requested after all, but at least he communicated that! Which I appreciate. He did a great job with the lawn.

Certain spots not trimmed. Spot by road not mowed. Grass mowed uneven with many spots where blades not cut. Seems like mower blade was dull and job was too rushed.

He accepted the job, mowed the lawn within the time allocated, and then when we checked it out, he completely missed the mark. Left corners completely not mowed, and it seemed that he didn't even trim even though we paid more for trimming. It was the worst mow I've ever seen. We contacted him to come back out, and he responded saying he would...which he did...a week after the original mow. By that time, the grass had grown, and frankly it was kind of stupid to get him to finish. Based on other reviews, he has a tendency to accept jobs, and complete them on his time, not your's. I don't recommend using him, and frankly, I'm concerned about him accepting jobs at our home again, and I'm considering leaving this service and going with another service because they refuse to remove contractors like this from their program, despite multiple negative reviews and experiences. Why can't we choose our own contractor? Why do we have to be concerned that when we use LawnMowingOnline we'll get stuck with a contractor that breaks promises and still expects payment in full? Six good experiences, and then one completely terrible experience with a complete lack of action relevant to multiple bad reviews has ruined this service for me. Do you really want to use this service and take the risk that this guy will mow your lawn poorly, in two segments, a week after you needed it done? Carefully consider it.
