All was completed except some trimming along the inner-fenced area of the main yard, but pleased regardless as the job was a very big one and done quite well otherwise.

I requested to have my lawn cut on 4/28/17. However the contract mowed the lawn 2 days early on a day it was raining. Now the lawn is patchy and uneven.

Stays committed to finish the job

I love using lawn mowing online.com, but this contractor did a terrible job. I have a small yard and there were lots of spots that were missed and no weed eating was done even though it was ordered.

The reason I hired a service was that I needed the mowing to be done mid-week so it would last through next week. Service was instead done on Monday, only 1 day after I could have easily done it myself. The lawn was mowed and weed-eated, but there were lots of spots along the edge where there are still weeds 2 - 3 inches above the rest of the grass. All in all, not happy with the service and will probably not use this site again.

It looks like the contractor may need a sharper blade. Other than a few patchy areas the job was done well. Especially considering I didn't give much notice.

Great job!

Ordered cutting and trimming for home I own in St. Louis City because my mother had a stroke and did not want to be bothered with cutting the grass. Trimming was not done at all. There were several areas between mowed rows that were missed that still need to be mowed and the area by the garage was not mowed at all. By any standard, the finished cut was horrible. I've seen kids cut grass better! I provided an opportunity for the contractor to correct and the contractor said they would return by 5-18 to re-cut, but I ended up having to cut the grass myself. After I cut the grass myself on 5-23 the contractor represented as if they had returned and cut the grass.

I'm not sure what challenges you face? It's hard to understand why you didn't notice that your blades were too high and not cutting; and why you're not able to cut straight lines. You missed so many parts, but at least you came back and tried.
