I was disappointed that the contractor did not fulfill my request to bag the clippings and put them on my compost pile. I should have included this in my bid but am still learning how to use the app. I was also disappointed that the contractor cut my grass so short - while I think I should have specified an approximate length, I will say that I think the length the contractor cut my grass is too short for most people and he/she would do well do cut it a bit longer. I was also disappointed that the contractor cut two swaths out of my ornamental grass - again, here I learn, I should perhaps notify the contractor in advance that there is ornamental grass. I was also disappointed that the contractor let the grass clippings from the lawnmower spray into my mulched beds - I have thick layers of grass clippings that I either need to remove or rake into the mulch/compost. I have written these honest remarks in the hopes that the contractor will learn from them and with the understanding that the comments will not be shared with anyone other than the contractor.
