Good day, We are hoping that you will NOT do that anymore. U left grass everywhere (front, back, sides, etc). And all sides & corners wasn't properly cut, as they are not straight but you did have them slanted, and it doesn't look good. Have all the tools with you when cutting grass & study how to do it perfectly. Thank you & GOD bless

I asked for a little extra work than can be selected on the regular menu and changed the offering payment accordingly. I'm used to jobs being accepted a few days before they are completed, but William was quick and accepted and completed the job same day, while I was out (I came home as he was working but had to work) - which i mention because the quick response was appreciated, and because now I've learned the need for more specificity in case this happens in the future. What I meant by the work asked for wasn't what was done, and I would've preferred more communication (text or voicemail) to clear it up before he left, but I think he did great work with what he did and simply understood something else by what I wrote. I'll make sure to add more notes on my next request and enjoy the work that was done for now.

Contractor requested a tip but I was charged an additional $5 for the minimal lot size and left a $5 bonus (which I considered a tip) bringing my total to $40, which is a fair price for a yard job in our area. I hope that’s okay! Our property looks great and we’d definitely hire this contractor again.

Yard looks great came in short notice as well

The contractor did what was asked, but could have been a bit cleaner with the results. The weeds in the flower beds were cut, but the scraps were left in the flower beds. I expected a bit cleaner work for the price, but overall the yard looks good. Thanks.

Contractor contacted me to verify what I wanted and then did a great job. I'm very pleased!

GOOD JOB BUT he did not follow my request to not use a large commercial mower, I do not like having the large stand on mowers on my small yard. He had to weed eat much of the yard. I specified to not use the big mowers. however it turned out OK.

I had an ivy hiding in some weeds I didn't want destroyed and he did a great job of cleaning up around it!
